Eligibility for Exchange
  • We currently offer exchanges only, not returns.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
    • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
    • Undamaged and in resellable condition

Exchange Conditions
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If your desired size/item is out of stock, we’ll offer:
    • A credit note for the same value, or
    • The option to wait until the item is restocked
  • We do not offer exchanges for size or fitting issues. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Shipping & Charges
  • Delivery takes approximately 7–10 days.
  • Customers will bear the shipping charges for exchange pickups and re-delivery.
  • In case of a defective or wrong item received, we’ll cover the shipping charges.
Refunds
  • We do not offer refunds.
